Nindō

One's personal "ninja way" — 忍 (shinobi) + 道 (way/path, the same suffix as 武士道 bushidō). VIZ's rendering wandered from "NINDO" through "SHINOBI SKILL SET" before settling on "MY SHINOBI WAY."
